I too have a love-ha...Good luck with the grow-out. I too have a love-hate relationship with my hair. It's baby-fine so it gets frizzy at the slightest hint of humidity. It is also completely uncooperative. To compensate for that, I let it grow for about 2 years (so it reaches about mid-back) and then hack it off to my chin.
